G-Power BMW M3 (E92) GT2 S Hurricane offers 205 mph top speed with 709 hp output

If you want to channel your inner speed freak, then this modified E92-generation M3 might get your senses tingling with excitement. Whether you intend to take it for a highway cruise or do laps at any nearby racetrack, this may serve as good news to you.
G-Power, a notable German car tuning manufacturer, worked its magic on the BMW M3 and unleashed the sports car's full potential by further customizing the vehicle and creating the road legal speed monster with the moniker "M3 GT2 S Hurricane". We do agree with this storm reference as a perfectly valid description.
With this BMW M3 GT2 S Hurricane, G-Power has proven to everyone once again at how it has mastered tuning the sporty line-ups of the German automaker models, further confirming why it is the ideal partner for someone who hopes to produce a professional Clubsport car. The German tuning company revamped the M3's already outstanding V8 powertrain standard.
The biggest adjustment that has been made is the use of a long-stroke crankshaft that will boost the displacement from its stock 4.0 L to an impressive 4.5 L. The pistons and connecting rods already have forged components. The more solid internals are important due to the fact that the German tuner added a supercharger that runs at approximately 11.6 psi (0.8 bar). All of these awesome additions will yield 709 hp (529 kW) and 479 lb-ft (650 Nm) of pure torque. A limited-slip differential with an independent oil cooler will ensure that all the grunt will get on the pavement.
The German tuner claimed that with its higher displacement, the supercharged BMW M3 can reach an impressive 124 miles per hour (200 km per hour), needing only 9.8 seconds to do the job. The speed hungry M3 also has a top speed of 205 mph (330 km/h). G-Power also installed coilovers with its own Nurburgring Setup that will help tune the ride height and dampers for the Green Hell, thereby making the most out of the huge output. Moreover, the German tuner didn't shy away from the aesthetics, as they fitted the M3 with a carbon fiber widebody kit in a dashing orange covering the 19 inch wheels.
Not only that, the German tuner also swapped the hood and doors with carbon fiber parts. Air jacks quickly lift the car to ensure suave swapping of tires while on track. G-Power did not spare the interior of modifications, as it removed the cabin of its stock parts, including the rear seat. The German tuner covered everything with Alcantara covers. A basic multi-function display is situated in the instrument panel instead of the original gauges. Moreover, a roll cage will encase occupants on the track for safety purposes. A fire suppression system is installed as well.
If you fancy owning this M3 orange speed monster, then G-Power is more than willing to modify your vehicle for you. For the complete set, you can own one for around €292,883 ($328,260 at current exchange rates).

G-POWER M3 GT2 S HURRICANE - The ultimate road and track CLUBSPORT machine

G-POWER has its roots in 1970s motorsport. Back then, BMW 02 models were uprated for the track with twin carburettors, high-lift camshafts, and tubular exhaust manifolds.
These tuning packages were also commonly installed on road cars, which were then used on the racetrack at the weekend. This is how the first G-POWER Clubsport models were born.
Today’s G-POWER CLUBSPORT concept as embodied by the M3 GT2 S HURRICANE, is a car that distils experience from 35 years of engine tuning, and seven high-speed world records.

When you approach G-POWER for a complete car, their carbon-fibre widebody kit is an obvious attraction. This kit not only reduces vehicle weight, but also provides the big intake and cooling vents, and downforce inducing spoilers that form the basis of a unique road and track weapon.
The wide wheel arches are filled with lightweight forged 19-inch competition grade alloy wheels wrapped in 295/30ZR19 and 325/30ZR19 trackday Cup tyres. Behind them, a racing brake system with ceramic brake discs clamped by six and four-pot callipers front and rear respectively ensures strong and consistent stopping power.
The G-POWER G3M-RS CLUBSPORT uses coilover suspension calibrated to the G-POWER "NÃœRBURGRING SETUP" in terms of ride height, and damper bounce and rebound control. Greater handling precision comes from the use of Uniball joints wherever possible on both axles, while the limited slip differential features a separate oil cooler for consistent performance.
Should the worst happen, an integrated fire extinguishing system will quickly put out a fire, and in proper racecar style, compressed air jacks that plug into an external compressor deploy to allow rapid tyre changes during a pit stop.
While the intent of the G-POWER M3 GT2 S HURRICANE is pretty clear from the outside, its racing genes carry through to the cockpit. Here, a full rollover cage improves structural stiffness and safety, while the deletion of the rear seat saves weight. To this end all the sound insulation material was removed and much of the metal instead covered with carbon-fibre panels.
All the other areas - the dashboard, sports seats and roof headlining - are trimmed in Alcantara with ornamental seams, showing that an otherwise Spartan cabin can have some luxurious accents.
A digital multifunction display replaces the factory speedometer and rev meter, while the G-POWER supplementary display provides the driver with relevant information concerning the well being of the supercharged V8 engine.
That engine is the heart of the M3 GT2 S HURRICANE. Part and parcel of the SK III RR supercharger system installation, the V8 engine was completely disassembled and its internals replaced with lightweight forged pistons and connecting rods and a fully balanced long stroke forged crankshaft that takes its swept capacity from 4.0 to 4.5 litre.
Boosting at up to 0.8 bar the G-POWER ASA T1-724 supercharger lifts engine power from 420 hp (309 kW) and 400 Nm of torque to a spectacular 720 hp (529 kW) at 8,000 rpm, accompanied by 650 Nm of twist.
Performance is correspondingly lifted deep into supercar territory. The G-POWER M3 GT2 S covers the 0 to 200 km/h sprint in just 9.8 seconds, and tops out at 330 km/h - depending on the selected final drive ratio.
With the G-POWER M3 GT2 S HURRICANE, G-POWER once again demonstrates its expertise at tuning the sportiest BMW models, demonstrating why it is the logical partner for someone who wishes to develop a professional CLUBSPORT car.
Similar projects can also be implemented based on the new BMW M2 or the current M3/M4.
