Dacia Sandero

Lets say you want a quite Cheap hatchback for you to move around in…
The kind of car that you would be thinking of would be the Dacia Sandero and the Fiat Panda, both cars are really cheap and are good for this precise purpose.
So here comes my review…

Prices...

Both cars are really cheap, here are their starting prices…
Dacia- 8.900 euros
Fiat- 12.000 euros
Note that those prices are from my local dealer.
The Fiat is still quite cheap but the Dacia is 3.100 cheaper.

Engines Available

Petrol for the Dacia-
90 hp TCE (900cc)
Diesel for the Dacia-
90hp dci (1.461cc)

Engines for the Fiat-
1.2 69hp
0.9 85hp
1.3 95hp
In Between the 2 models theres not much difference in terms of engines.
The thing is you get 90hp minimum on the Dacia when on the Fiat you get 69, so the Dacia would be worth it, even more when it is cheaper.

In terms of Space you get quite a good boot space on the Dacia, which is quite good for the price and what is really good on the Dacia is that you have a good head and leg room which makes it comfortable for the passengers at the back.

About the Fiat Panda, the boot is also quite good and there is an ok amount of space for the passenger at the back, but in terms of Space the Dacia is a bit better than the Fiat.

For a Car like this, you would actually expect the interior to be a bit on the cheap side, which is actually what it is on the Sandero.
At Standard the Dacia doesn’t come with much, but don’t forget the fact of its price, And if you get the Dacia with a good amount of optionals, it’s still going to be a quite cheap car. Also you can get it with leather seats and sat nav.

The interior doesn’t look that nice, but it comes with many more things as standard than the Dacia, and another thing is that it has a little more space for storage in the front than the Dacia.

Driving

The Dacia Is better than you might expect, it is actually quieter than you would expect and if you get the 1.5 diesel you will see how economical it is. But Still there are some bad sides on it like it’s suspension.

About the Panda it isn’t a bad car to drive, it’s diesel engine just like the one on the Dacia is quite economical, but a problem that was kind of mentioned before, is it s engine power which isn’t much.
About the Suspension it feels quite good, but a minor problem is the sounds.

The Dacia is quite cheap, which is a thing in the Dacias, if you have a low budget, the Dacia would be a Perfect car.
The Fiat isn’t that bad, it has some aspects which it is better than the Dacia,
But If I had to choose one of these cars for me, I would pick the Dacia as it’s not bad to drive, it has good space and it’s cheap.
