This blacked out BMW X5 M by Z Performance will definitely turn heads

Are you one of those people whose favourite colour is black? If you are, then you will definitely love this murdered out BMW X5 M example here. And by the way, let us be clear that mounting black wheels on a random black car does not make it qualify as having been murdered out. Speaking of blacked out cars, check out this X5 from Z-Performance. At first glance, you would think that this example is owned by your favourite villain who wants to rule the world.

Almost every week, we hear from at least one aftermarket tuner, but Z-Performance isn’t one to make a lot of noise on a regular basis. And even if they don’t, did you know that they have actually been around for 26 years now? One reason why not everybody knows of this tuner is also because they specialize in customs wheels more than anything else.

Having said that, this BMW X5 had been given a set of forged 22 inch Z-Performance wheels that measure 10.5 inches wide and a full 12 inches out. Of course, the wheels were finished in no other than matte black in the center, with glossed up lips.

But when you look at the BMW X5 M, it is obvious that it got more modifications than just the wheels. It has a new coilover suspension that makes the X5 sit closer to the ground, while getting rid of the remaining wheel gap. On the outside, it wears a matte black wrap, with carbon covers to dress the side mirrors. Up front, the grille had also been finished in black. Everything from the lamps, reflectors, as well as the windows were given a dark tint to go with the black panels and wheels. To finish off the look, Z-Performance added a carbon front spoiler as well as a rear diffuser to ensure that this SUV will stand out on the road - it is definitely unlike any blacked out cars out there.

A beautiful exterior isn’t just what Z-Performance gave the BMW X5 M if that is what you are thinking, but it actually boosted its power too. Now, after seeing this example, there is one thing we are not sure of - whether or not the automaker will offer this package to X5 customers. Whatever the case is, one thing is for sure, they definitely got our attention.
