T Sportline can give your Tesla Model S and Model X a full leather interior

Not so long ago, Tesla had decided to make environment friendly electric cars. And now, they have become vegan-friendly too, by completely eliminating genuine leather options for the interior, leaving only synthetic leather options for the cars, as they are better for the environment. This is because vegan customers started lobbying for a premium option that was animal-friendly. This is relevant only to the higher-trim models as these models were tied to leather seat packaging. Now, the premium models are getting the same package that was first introduced in 2016.

Though organizations like PETA were impressed with what Tesla has done, not all customers are happy with the vegan options, especially those who want an over the top luxurious interior. But do not worry as Tesla Model S and Model X owners can now give your cars a leather and carbon fiber interior. These definitely won’t be from Tesla, but instead, a tuner is offering this package instead. That would be T Sportline.

The tuner is known for their luxurious customizations on whatever Tesla model you can name - from the Roadster to the Model X. Now, they have introduced a custom leather package for any Tesla Model S or Model X. Unlike what the company is offering now, T Sportline can give you a full grain Nappa leather cabin like that of the OEMs. These are durable and luxurious, and can be had in a range of unique colours.

The tuning company did not give specifics regarding the price of a full leather interior for the said models, but based on some examples from the past, it would probably cost you more than $25,000 - that is even more expensive than some compact cars. But then again, leather is not cheap. There is one example of a Model X that was listed on eBay that had a “Buy It Now” price of $180,000. Its cabin had a Bentley-red leather finish from the lower dash to the center console, that extends all the way to the steering wheels. All in all, it had $60,000 worth of upgrades by T Sportline.

T Sportline is not just offering an optional full leather and carbon trim. They also have a wide variety of accessory colour options from brake calipers to a full exterior wrap. Just a few weeks back, the tuner revealed the Model 3’s “Carbon Sports Package”. This package comes with carbon fiber details all over including the spoiler and the rear diffuser, as well as the whole bodykit. It also comes with a set of 20-inch wheels. To date, no pricing details have been released yet.
