Forza Motorsport 6 receives 2 Fallout 4-themed cars, Nissan GT-R LM Nismo

Fallout 4 is currently the big thing in video games, and this extends to outside the main game. Thanks to a partnership between Fallout 4 developer Bethesda Game Studios and Turn 10 Studios, the Fallout world has invaded the universe of Forza Motorsport 6. What does this mean for fans of Forza 6 and Fallout 4?
It’s simple – two cars that take visual cues from the Fallout 4 world are coming to Forza 6, which is exclusive for Xbox One. The first car will be a 1956 Ford F100 that bears designs based on the newly-released Bethesda post-apocalyptic RPG. Forza 6 players who have bought the game before the release of Fallout 4 on Xbox One will automatically receive the Vault-Tec-themed F100.
The second car will be a Chryslus Rocket 69 coupe, which is coming soon as downloadable content for Fallout 4 players. If you’re one of those, bear in mind that you should be quick about it because it’s only available for a limited time!
According to Bethesda Game Studios Game Director Todd Howard, the partnership with Turn 10 Studios is an answer to Fallout 4 players’ wish of getting the wheels of the cars found in Fallout 4.
In addition, Forza 6 also has several content updates for November. These include fixes to cars to address issues regarding pop-up headlights in Forzavista. Pop-up headlights were previously observed to turn on automatically, while headlight pins incorrectly function when vehicles are entered in Forzavista. Several cars were also fixed and improved in the update.
The update also fixed issues in the Lime Rock and Nurburgring tracks. Players have observed that, when entering pit stops at high speeds at the Lime Rock track, they come out without any damage fixed at all. In the Nurburgring track, cars end up exiting the environment of the race after colliding with a barrier at the first turn of the ribbon.
Minor tweaks have also been applied to the game’s audio, particularly in the headphones setting. There had previously been an issue in which the sounds of the player’s car gets lost in the audio mix when headphones are plugged in. The update, however, applies to all playback devices. People who like to listen to their car’s engines while racing will definitely welcome this update.
Other updates are applied to Forza 6’s multiplayer mode. Server performance is significantly improved by the patch, which makes it easier for players to connect to the game’s various multiplayer servers. The updates also addressed a bug that allows players to cheat in League races by simply sitting still for as long as possible to accrue as much points as possible as the lobby remains open.
With the updates, players who are inactive will be automatically kicked out of a race. Other multiplayer bugs that were fixed included an issue that allowed lobby hosts in an Xbox live party to back out of their own parties to create a private multiplayer game, and a roll-off delay in multiplayer lobbies that inexplicably covered the rear view mirror for players.
The update also addressed unfair advantages of modifications in the game. Mods that do not enhance performance will no longer be able to set lap times, while attaching Mods that damage sims when entering a race will inflict sim damage on the player’s Drivatar. The update also eliminated Crew Chief Mods entirely.
If you’ve been able to game the system by changing liveries in ForzaVista in order to share otherwise locked liveries with other players, then this possibility is no longer there for you after the update.
The update also eliminated the issue that kept players from sharing tunes because of a language filter. As for miscellaneous updates, the patch now fixed an issue that listed updated Drivatar cars as stock as well as the bugs that made Drivatars appear with duplicates in a multiplayer lobby.
Forza Motorsport 6 is also having a free car coming exclusively to its players, and this is the 2015 Nissan #23 GT-R LM NISMO. This Nissan car is on a class that’s all its own. The engine is mounted right in front of the cockpit, and directly provides power to the front wheels.
This engine outputs an impressive 1,000 HP combined with the Kinetic Energy Recovery System, which also powers the rear wheels. With all these power, however, the GT-R LM NISMO is still in the prototype stage. Where else can you put this experimental but exceptional design but in the racetracks of Forza 6?
